Is 11 am late for you? If so, that could be why. Because now you're not tired. If worse comes to worse you could try taking tylenol PM or something...If this happens often maybe see a doctor and ask him to prescribe something or for advice. Or try changing your sleeping patterns. Pull an all-nighter one night so your tired for the next. Then set your alarm for like 6 or 7 am so you won't be wide awake that night either. Then you will be in a pattern of early to bed, early to rise. Sorry I couldn't offer better advice. Hope that helped.

Try some warm milk. Relax. If yoy are sleeping until late in the morning then you are going to fall asleep late too. Try to adjust the time when you go to sleep and see what happen. If you are also under stress that also can contribute of you not going to sleep.

have you tried drinking decaffeinated tea or warm milk? It usually soothes the body...or a hot bath? I don't know u but usually the reason why people can't sleep is because they have a lot on their mind. try doing something that doesn't have any stimulation. maybe read a book, but i wouldn't suggest watching TV. in my experience it only makes it worse b/c i get into whatever I'm watching and then i really can't sleep.
