replace the Special K bar with some oatmeal and you have the start of a good breakfast. each meal should be protein based with either carbs and veggies or just veggies depending on the time of the day.
eating healthy is very easy. the shorter the list of ingredients that a food item contains the healthier it is. naturally occurring foods are optimum for health and fitness and the less processed foods in the diet the better off you will be

Look on the back of the packet of the snack bar, and check the sugar content. I am guessing its WAY to high. Most museli style bars are, even though its special K.
I would suggest finding a low in sugar cereal such as bran, but have a look into special K cereal and check how high the sugar is per 100g. Add some tasty yoghurt low fat and add strawberries. Yum

No, read the ingredients on that Special Crap bar. Anything with High Fructos Corn Syrup in it shouldn't even be on the market. It is also too high in carbs and not a balanced choice.
