Nuts don't have fiber, but they have "good fats" that your body needs. However, that good fat is still fat, so you should eat no more than a handful per day.

Walnuts and almonds are excellent sources of omega 3 fat which is good for you in moderation. They also provide protien and bulk in your diet. Too much of any food is fattening. but I would definitely include these nuts in your diet. Just be sure and account for the calories. Remember ( Calories consumed - calories burned ) divided by 3500 = lbs of fat lost or gained in a given period of time.

Well yes there healthy....But lets get real..even all "healthy" foods hold a bad side if you eat too much of it....so limit yourself to a handful of nuts a day and youll be good =]

They are good for you in moderation, unless you are allergic to them. about a handful of nuts are also good for bringing down sugar levels in diabetics.

they're very good for you. they are protein. you should snack on nuts before snacking on chips or cookies.
