I think that depends on their authenticity. If her visions came from God, then they will be fulfilled. Perhaps not in the manner we expect, but they will be fulfilled. And from a quick reading of them, I do not see anything that directly contradicts Church doctrine. On the other hand, if these visions did not originate from God, but rather, say, from an ailment of some kind, then they have no value as predictions. On the whole, however, I don't really think it matters. What will be, will be. We should live our lives as followers of Christ at all times, regardless of what does or does not happen around us.
