I was in a verbal confrontion today with my a girl who lives down the street, I was standing in their yard when she came down off the porch, she got in my face - less than a foot away from me. Her husband then squezed in between us at which time my breast was brushed up against, I pushed him away from me of instict. The police where called & he pressed charges. The police didn't want to hear anything. In fact they didn't even talk to 2 of my witnesses, because they weren't there at the time. They where watching the intire thing from the corner. After the police talked to me they sent me home. My neighbor was outside & asked what that was all about. As I was telling that I pushed him because he was right "on top of me" & brushed up against my breast, & that this guy is 6 foot 7 (I'm 5 foot 8) she said that I should have pressed charges for sexual assult

I don't think I'm being heartless. I think that him pressing charges for me pushing him away from me because he was poking his nose in where it doesn't belong. Please remember his WIFe came down off the porch after me. He should have been holding her back NOT confronting me

It depends upon the state. In my state, it would, at most be, simple assault or disturbing the peace. Based on the facts as you have recited them, I doubt that anything would be charged in any state in this country.

I don't think asking to sign an arm is sexual assault. A fourth grade boy touching your leg is inappropriate and he should have been punished for it. But, honestly it's not sexual assault. He's just a fourth grade kid with some major social problems. Panning him off as a rapist isn't going to help him either. If you said "no" and he listened, then there's nothing to complain about. If you label him immediately as a rapist or some sort of underage sex offender you are just going to screw him up. If he hasn't done anything since the leg touch, leave him be and ignore him.

No, that is not sexual assault. It sounds that the contact that was made was not intentional and not invasive. Not fun, true, but not assault either. You pushing him is an asault, technically, although no damage was done. The officers did not do anything because they would have had to arrest you...if anyone was arrested. If someone gets in your face, be the smarter person and leave. Having the last word is not worth going to jail.

Its not sexual assault. He had to have the intent to do it, and it doesn't sound like he intended to touch your breast. If he groped you or something that would be a different story. But it doesn't sound like it was purposefully done.
Also, he had the right to step in and get you away from her, you were on their private property, and when a person feels a person is a threat on their property, they have the right to defend themselves. He can claim self defense by stepping in front of you. You have no case... he does.

Well, it seems like a minor offense, but unfortunately, nothing you could press charges against as "sexual assault". It's hard to tell whether it was intentional or not..

Not sexual assault in the slightest. I can't imagine a DA on Earth that would touch that claim. I can't imagine you'd find a cop that would take the report either.
P.S. Stay out of people yards.

B$#CH, get real. I know a guy who was charged with sexual intent with a child bc he told a 12yr. girl F$#K YOU! He ABSOLUTELY didn't do anything to you except make you mad. Your description of being on top of you blows your lie wide open. YOU should be jailed for lying!!!!!
