some women with bulimia and anorexia are popular to apply laxatives with the aid of fact they are going to make the food which you consume circulate straight away by way of your intestines. and that's the place it needs to stay at for a whilst to assemble food. even though it does help loose weight, i'm unsure approximately water weight, even though it facilitates you loose it an risky way corresponding to anorexia. there are pills that are offered at grocery shops, and pharmacies to help with water weight.

Oh yes it does. Water weight is still a component of your total body weight. Still, that doesn't make it a good idea. You could mess your gastrointestinal health for good (so will inducing yourself to vomit) and what's the point of being thin if you're dead?

Wrestlers use this method when they are in the process of losing weight. It isnt healthy at all and it could cause dehydration. It isn't something that should be taken lightly.

No it doesn't really work well and people who do this wind up dependent on them and end up with a lazy colon. Many times they have to totally retrain their bowels if they try to stop taking them.

Lol.
DONT DO IT.
yes you will crap out every possible thing in your intestines/stomach. but in the long run i guess you might get stomach pains and butt sores/pains from trying to crap it all out on the toilet. this may sound funny. but from what ive experienced, just taking one is like getting diarrhea nonstop.
you'll go to the bathroom every 5-10 minutes.

a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
