We were going through the worse drought of recent memory, and we prayed all night for rain to come and save our ranch. It finally rained two years later! Praise God, he answered our Prayers! Too bad most of the cattle was dead or sold at the time, but the Lord moves in mysterious ways, amen?

My rule is to always give God the benefit of the doubt. That said, you don't want to make too big a stretch or you're just kidding yourself. The truth is what is important.

Just because you pray doesn't mean you'll get what you ask for. You need to leave it all in God's hands, He knows what is best.
