Doctors usually prescribe Silvadine for a burn patient and it is extremely expensive. (Last I heard it was $80 or more.) However, it really doesn't help the pain. I prefer Noxema, believe it or not. It's cooling, and is much cheaper at about $5 for a large jar.
It sounds as if you got more than just a sunburn, however. I suggest you drink a lot of liquids to counteract dehydration.

Send Dad or someone to WalMart and get a HUGE bottle of Aloe Vera Sunburn Gel. It works!!!!
Also, you may want to get into the tub and begin with cool water, after you get adjusted to that, increase the temp to lukewarm and continue increasing as much as you can handle it to draw the heat out.
But get the Aloe Vera Sunburn Gel as soon as you can.

You probably got a minor case of sun stroke.
Drink clear liquids or suck on popsicle.
Get moisture into your body!!
Use some aloe Vera on your skin.
Sit in a luke warm bath and try to cool your skin off!!
Emetrol for vomiting.
Take care; hope you get better!!

You are dehydrated! THE SUN DEHYDRATES you! the majority of people who get sunburns and get sick are dehydrated. You can't take any pills to fix a sunburn! DRINK WATER.... put distilled white vinegar on your skin to life out the heat, and then ONLY CLEAR ALOE! non of the fancy white creamy looking lotions... those are BAD for burns! WATER in your belly! vinegar and aloe on your skin! I was fried like barney 2 weeks ago and now i'm ok! for real!

Have your dad run up to the nearest drugstore and get "Immodium." Call the pharmacist first and tell him what's going on. I just want to make sure that the Immodium is gonna be okay. And ask if you should get the stronger Immodium. Drink lots of water. You're gonna be fine. Pharmacists are REALLY smart. I just want to be sure you don't have sunstroke. :) I feel your pain.

If you are throwing up and have diarrhea from the sunburn YOU CANNOT WAIT TO SEE A DOC, Get someone to take you now and get checked out. DO NOT WAIT. You may have severe sun stroke.

Rub aloe on the burn. You can buy it in a bottle or even buy a plant and cut open one of the arms and get the stuff fresh (it's a cactus-type plant).
