Same old question, same old answers....
Your body metabolizes a certain amount of Calories PER day.
Some is by reflex (breathing,Organs working, standing, etc)
the rest is burnt by excercise or extra activity.
You need to ingest a diet which has fewer calories than what your body is asking for per day.
Than slowly, it'll start taking it away from fat deposits like your Stomach!.
You can excersize all day,24/7,,,if you still eat mcdonalds, KFC and have a bag of popcorn for each movie.
Stomachs gonna stay there.
I would reccomend eating less flavourful foods. They usually contain the higher calories.
Don't starve yourself, that just slows metabolism down, and then when you get food and eat, it'll store all of it right back.
Plus your starved, so you'll eat even more, and guess what? stomachs larger now!
*Running or Sports with running are best. Burns most calories in shortest time.
Crunches only firms your abs, everyone has them,It's just hidden by Fat. (Hence skinny boney people with 8 packs)
So do crunches, for strength, Running to lose that stomach!=P
So in conclusion...how do you get a flatter stomach?
Count your calories...or..Excersize even more than you do now.
Good luck!

the part where your stomach is located is the part that needs to be exercised. Lots of exercises are out there but certain ones are used for certain areas. I can't eloquently describe it here, but just move around and see which exercise you do that makes your muscles feel tighter in that area, then do that specific exercise a lot of times per day. In addition, if your stomach area is bouncy (like jello) then that means it's full of liquid. Slow down on drinking liquid, don't drink coffee, pepsi or anything else with sugar in it. Stick with just water and only a couple of cups of water per day. And cut down on the salt (everything these days has the preservative salt in it...you need some salt but not a lot....because the salt holds water and water is heavy and gives your body more weight, and too much holding that water makes your tummy giggle).

Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare have caught the mind's eye of the rustic. If any untoward could happen to them (would be a actual accident), public could accuse the government. So that's no longer unusual.

Strengthen your core will hold your intestines in... this by reason that sometimes weak stomach muscles make a person's middle bulge ..... whereas you might actually have very little body fat to complain about.

If you eat a lot of fiber foods like whole grains, fruits and vegetables, etc., then cut down a little because these could make you bloated.
