when I got a speeding ticket, I had the option of paying the regular price and have the points for 2 years, or I could have paid more to have the points taken off.

Nope no loopholes now they fixed them, unlike the potholes here in Yorkshire.Thats why i don't get done for speeding!

if it was of a fixed camera say you were not driving and pay a large fine or send the details of someone abroad they dont usualy follow up on this as there is to much paperwork
