I have a 1996 dodge neon and the fans to not turn on ever.. the fuse is good, i tested the fans by putting direct power from the battery, still the fans did not turn on are my fans bad??? tell me what i can do please??

If the fan does not work with direct power, the fan is bad and must be replaced. Check to see if you are getting power to the fan also. When the fan went bad, it could have caused a fusible link to fail. You may need to replace both!!

If you supplied direct 12v power and a good ground to the fan motor and it is still not working, it's the fan. Luckily there are tons of neons from that era sitting in junk yards. You should be able to find a new fan in a pick-a-part type yard very easily and cheaply.

Yep the fans bad if you jumped it to the battery and it still doesn't work.
