I agree, go for the Mi Goreng noodles. They may be a little fattening, but a little treat of something this good once in a while won't hurt. However, just because the clock says it's time to eat doesn't mean you should. This is not good. Eat when your body is hungry. Even try to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day.
Live life on the edge - go on, have them and be good tomorrow with some extra vegetables and water. Go on you deserve them.
Enjoy!!!
Have a great day!!!

If you are not too hungry at lunch, make the time to eat at least a protein enriched snack otherwise by the time dinner rolls around you will be famished...and as you probably know the worst time of the day to eat a heavy meal is dinner..you can either switch them out, eat heavier a lunch and a lite dinner..
but if a big meal is out of the question at lunch I recommend you make your own trail mixes...purchase a variety of nuts, dried fruits (papaya, pineapple, orange, plums, coconut) and mix them all up in a big bowl and place individual portions in ziploc bags, so you can snack on throughout the day...you can opt to toast some of the nuts (even the coconut) for a change of taste...add this to yogurt and you have yourself a high energy snack guaranteed to keep you going
you can also prepare some whole wheat crackers and eat them with some low-fat cream-cheese (if you purchase the whipped cream cheese add some chives & pepper or opt for finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes & capers for a savory option)...
A couple of times a week I order from Subway's and order their vegetarian sub (no Meat)..add mustard, light on the mayo and I have them load it up with all kinds of veggies; green peppers, red onions, alfalfa sprouts, olives, tomatoes and spinach leaves (and if you like add cheese)...this is not only satisfying but delicious!
whatever you do try to stay away (at least during the week) from high sodium, high sugar laced foods that in the long run are counter productive and ultimately hurt your body...
Happy eating!

For busy people, it can be hard to squeeze in three meals a day. But if you want to look after your health, you need to find ways to eat three nutritious meals. Here are some suggestions to maintain a healthy lunch.
1. Mozzarella string-cheese sticks
Orange wedges
Whole-wheat carrot muffins
2. Bagel spread with cream cheese
Sugar snap peas
Box of raisins
3. Tortilla rolled up with a slice of mild cheese
Fresh green beans
Small tangerines
4. Banana bread spread with peanut butter and a little honey
Cucumber coins
Melon cubes
5. Cream cheese and apple butter on whole-grain bread
Veggie mix (baby carrots, snap peas)
Dried apricots
6. Half of a pita stuffed with shredded carrot and mild cheese (or peanut butter)
Individual cup of applesauce
Those provide a great deal of variety, while maintaining a nutritious value.
Good luck!

If you are not hungry..just try snacking on something. Try something like a 100 calorie pack, granola bar etc.
This way, your body will still be getting food, but it wont fill you up as much as the other stuff would

Do you like any kind of nuts? A hand full of those- is healthy, filling- and an appetite killer. I have them for lunch on a semi-regular basis...-& haven't needed to diet in over 30 years... :)
