Yes, your tattoo is okay. I know with my tattoos they always scab over, and then flake off. It's even normal for some of the ink to show up in the scabbing when it flakes off. I know, its a little unnerving to have your tattoo "peel" off, but everyone heals differently.
Just make sure to keep it moisturized...but not too much!

Tattoos will peel and scab and I have never had them do it exactly the same each time. Don't pick the scab or you can pull the color out of the Tat. Use A&D ointment (ALOT) keeping it covered with the ointment will keep the peeling and scabbing soft and will most likely slide off during showering.

You have to remember, a tattoo is actually an open wound and you have to treat it as such. Be careful and don't use any vaseline or neosporin because they can damage the color.

Yes, that's normal.
I got two more a couple weeks ago, and the color sort of peels off, then once the colors gone it kind just looks i don't know, flaky?

Make sure you're keeping it moisturized.
I use Aquaphor, I think it's the best thing to use.

It should be healed up within the next week.

That's perfectly normal, My tat's very colorful so I was peeling off purple and orange skin for a week! I know it's awkward but the more it peels the faster it heals!

im covered in tats. Its normal, it's going to look like your tattoo is actually comming off, but its part of the process. Its going to fade, and the ink is going to keep rubbing off until its totally healed. And don't over do the ointment. I just used cocoa butter when its over dried. Treat it like a scrape, let it air out, dont scratch or rub it annnnd dont wear any clothing with loose fibers... i made that mistake

Yeah thats normal. The scabs are starting to peel of it's starting to heal. It'll start to get itchy after a while so try to keep it moist, use oil, grease, moisturizer, pretty much anything will do...

yeah they heal differently... peeling is normal and good... make sure you keep it moisturized... mine scabbed REALLLY bad... i heard that it's partly because of the red ink that was used... but just follow the directions that were given and you should be fine... keep it clean and moisturized
