Hi remlap47,

I am sitting here with the same problem. Everything was O.K. until I installed Vista then I lost my right channel.

I have reinstalled WMP 11, cleaned my connections and checked my wires with an ohm meter. Today I am going to Sam's and buy a cheap pair of speakers to see if during the installation of Vista I damaged something.

Good luck, I sure wish I had the solution.

Check the following settings:

- Double-click the speaker icon in the system tray. This will open the Volume Control dialog box. Make sure all the balance settings are in the middle.

- In WMP11, go to View > Enhancements > Graphic Equalizer. Also make sure the balance setting is in the middle.
