I am 5'5" myself.

Let me tell you my story....

I was 16. It was June 2005. I was 140 lbs ( not much more than you ). I decided to go on a diet. I went on an under 300 calorie diet. Just so you know, anything under 800 calories per day is anorexic territory.
So, I did my diet. I became obsessed. I exercised two hours a day by bike riding around my neighbourhood.
By August 2005, I was down to 118 lbs.
By that time, I increased my cals to up to 900 cals per day but mostly I ate around 700 calories per day.
By the endof Aug, I was 110 lbs. By Mid-October, I was 105 lbs and in November, I was down to 100 lbs and diagnosed with anorexia. ( I was STILL eating 700 cals per day ).
By the end of January 2006, I was 91 lbs.

As you notice, your weight loss SLOWS DOWN if you starve yourself. That is what happened to me. My body went into starvation mode.

I can help you to lose weight in a decent manner. I can help you lose it somewhat fast.

But the walking and the step things sound good. Go on and do that.

i'd suggest taking the stairs would be a good way to lose weight than starving yourself....your body will retailiate...and you might gain all the fat again...its better if you go on a 800-1200 diet and maybe walk up the stairs for about 20-30 minutes, and i'll also suggest joining a sports team in your school.
Im kinda in da same situation as you but i don't think starving is a good idea. And its totally not healthy...if you want we can lose weight together...you know like saying what we did and ate each day, i'm sure it will help us both

1. You can't lose weight fast, you'll get stretch marks and your body will get back to the old diet then you'll just be yo-yo dieting.
2. No unless your stupid/
3. Probably 2-3 weeks of doind exercise will show results, but it has to be consistent.
Anyways weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, so watch your diet as well a exercise.

That isn't a reasonable about of weight to lose in a week. Can you make it less or go longer to get to your goal?
