I once worked with a 22 year old who didn't finish high school. Trust me, it is not out of the question. Having previous work experience DOES help though, and at 16, you're not likely to have any. Also, if you put that you're home schooled, they will undoubtedly ask about that. It fascinates people. They'll ask about your parents too, and how exactly you go about learning all of your subjects. I hope you actually are being home schooled, because I would bet that they inquire about it.

If they don't hire you it's not because you are home school. It is because you don't have any experience. Can you get the job? It depends on how your resume is. Everybody has to start somewhere. If you don't know how to create a powerful resume then you need to ask somebody who knows. Then the second step is for you to pass the interview(s). Sometimes you only need to be interviewed once, sometimes twice, or three times, etc. It depends on the job. Ask your friends and family about how to excel during interview(s). I see a lot of people with no job qualification whatsoever get a pretty good job. But make sure that you can actually perform whatever you claim you can during the interview(s). Good luck!
