My hair is currently up to the the top of my breasts(sorry if that sounds crude, but I didn't know how else to describe it, lol). How long will it take to grow it up to my belly button?

That depends on how your diet is and if you take vitamins and what months of the year it is. YOur hair grows faster in the warmer months and if you keep your hair trimmed regularly it will grow faster as well. My hair grows 1/2 inch a month, yours might grow faster or slower, depends on your metabolism. We are all different my dear.

every ones hair grows at different speeds. your hair can grow 1 1/2 to 3 inches in a month

It really depends on how fast your hair grows, and how long your torso is. But for most people, that would take 2 1/2 years or so.

so your hair is mid chest,it grows about 1/8 inch +- a month, what it real depends on for length is your genetics, you can let your hair grow and not cut it for years as i have done but it is only to the mid of my back for at least 20 yrs. . my daughter hair is to her buttock she does not let it go longer by cutting it.
