where can i find organic products that contains no gluten, and helps with losing weight. what stores can i go to in l.a
ps. i know that i put it in the wrong category but the the real category i should put it in wouldnt get me any answers
oh and plz dont put just do exercise and eat right

Organic foods are delicious and healthy but that doesn't mean you're going to lose weight eating organic foods.
However, if you are looking into organic foods the best place would be Whole Foods. There are often also local organic markets and the area, I can't give you a particular store name because it varies from area to area... my best suggestion is whole foods.
Generally, for my cereral products and anything to do with fiber I look for Kashi products. If you're looking to lose weight though you should be eating more lean protein and good fats, avoid overconsumption of carbs. When eating carbs go for complex carbs.

I usually go to kroger for things of that nature. They usually have a decent variety of organic food and gluten free things. I also have a Ukrops close by as well as a Fresh market that carries things like that. Search for a local natural food store in your area as well, hope this helps:)

hola i live in a different state but at my store, (Dominick's), They have all the organic stuff right next to the "normal" food. I love the organic milk...gets a bit pricey though.
