Do you wear deodorant?

I distinctly remember having this same problem. I tried every deodorant, every type, etc. None of them lasted me through the entire day. Being a guy, I just always wore an undershirt. This did not work 100% but combined w/ Degree or Mitchum mens deodorant, did the most for me. As you get older, the sweating will fade.

I also tended to stay out of the heat so at the slightest hint of heat, I would break out in sweat. If you don't already, spend more time outside in the heat to get your body better adjusted. Then when you are in mild heat, you will be less likely to sweat as much.

I know you're tired of people tellin you to just wear deoderant or antipersprants like Secret or something. OBVIOUSLY that isn't working. I think you have hyperhydrosis. You say you sweat even when you're not doing anything, that's definitely a symptom. You can google it and see that there are so many people who have this same problem, so you are not alone. But the solution to your problem is simple. Use an antipersprant called B-Drier. It is the highest level antipersprant you can get without a perscription and is made especially for people w/ hyperhydrosis. It sells at Walgreens for about $7. And works not only for the sweating but also for your self confidence.

Use anti-perspirant to stop underarm sweating. Otherwise it's better to go ahead and sweat. It's your bodies natural cooling system and would be harmful if you just turned it off.

Regular aerobic exercise (running, biking, etc...) could condition your body to not become overheated while just sitting, and if you're overweight, weight loss could help too. Sorry, but there's no easy way to stop sweating safely. Anyway, it's not so gross (except under the arms, that stinks). All sweat is just salt water, like people love to swim in at the beach.

I dont know any Natural ways im sorry.. but i know that you may have over sweat glands. Like sort the ones of someones face. some people have oily faces because there pores put out to much oil. so that is the same thing with your pits. I know that you may want to see someone who can do something for you. And I think that there is a medication from the doctor that helps. My brother used to have your problem but he took this medecation but idont know the name so just ask someone like a doctor. Hope i helped! Sorry i couldnt get any nataral ways that just all i know.

well there is ONE solution that MIGHT work, but uh iuno if you would wanna do it... it's acupuncture which is putting needles in the head so yeah, not sure if you wanna go through all that just to sweat less. other than that i don't think there's any other way. i have the same problem. i just make sure to stay hydrated & do activities indoors with ac during the hot days of summer like the movies, mall, friends house. also make sure you put on deoderant before you go out to prevent those sweat stains.

You may want to check with your doctor, but chances are this is part of your growing up. It's possible some diet changes could help or that there may be other remedies.

You can use anti-perspirants, but they are not particularly healthy if used to excess.

Don't worry. A lot of other kids have the same problem, and you'll all likely outgrow it. This is something you can discuss with your friends, especially other girls. Making sure you drink enough water could help your body cool more efficiently, which could help the perspiration.

this happens to me 2! i even put the best deoderent on and it doesnt work. There isnt a natural way to stop sweating but you can make it go away when it comes. try and drink alot of fresh and cold water and it will make you much cool. go in cold air ( such as maby outside or any fans) hope i helped!

There is a product available by prescription for people with excessive sweating/hyperhidrosis. It's called "Drysol." It's not a natural way, but it may help. It's something you use for awhile to get your sweating under control and then gradually use less and less.

Perscription strength antiperspirant. Put baking soda on your armpits. Wear breatheable fabrics. Have a bottle of cold water with you. Buy sheilds for your armpits at dresshields.com so it wont go through your shirts. And dont think about it, that also helps too. But if you're a teenager, this is probably only temporary.
