Buddhism does not advocate invocation of any God. Salvation can be attained by controlling one's desire; as desire is the
cause of one suffering. The emphasis is not on prayer, but the controlling of one's mind through insight meditation and living mindfully according to the Eightfold Path. In Buddhism the emphasis is on seeing the truth, on knowing it, and on understanding it. The emphasis is not on blind faith. The Buddha referred to his teaching as simply a raft to leave this shore of suffering and impermanence, and to get to the other shore of bliss and safety. It is more of a worldly philosophy than a religion.
These are the Four Noble Truths of Buddha:
All life is suffering.
Suffering is caused by desire or craving.
Suffering can be ended.
The way to end suffering to attain happiness is the Eightfold Path.
The Dhammapada - on The Path:
Best of the Paths is the Eightfold,
Best of the Truths the Four Noble Truths;
Best of the Virtues is Freedom from Attachment; Best of the people is the one who sees that this is the Path; there is no other that leads to the purifying of insight.

You will not receive an answer until you make a choice. There is only ONE GOD and ONE WAY to understand him. That is through the Old and New Testaments....ONLY. What you list here are 'religions', not FAITH. It is FAITH that you need to resolve whatever is going on in your life. WE have to return to HIM in order for HIM to listen to US. SO, how to pray.....it all starts with the FATHER, the ONE TRUE GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob...
Mat 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Mat 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Mat 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.
Mat 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Mat 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
And don't forget, sometimes the answer is NO.

There is no specific way to pray to any deity in Paganism. No one guides you through something like that as that is something that is personal and should come directly from the individual... not something repeated by someone else.

Firstly, one needs to know about God. That we say He not because of a gender because God is clear of gender.
This is the term He used in the Revealed texts.
He is not a body, He does not occupy places be it one place or all places because place does not apply to Him.
God gives some of those who believe in him correctly and in His Messengers a special matter which is that every supplication they make is answered.
Examples of such people are various and mentioned in Islamic history.

He is definitely listening to us. All the time, and he has angels watching us, and recording our good and bad deeds every second of our life.
In Islam, we have to perform Prayers / Salat five times a day.
