For a while I thought it was low blood sugar or something, but half the time eat, I feel even more light headed and dizzy....and even more hungry. I am not sure what is causing this, but the symptoms became even more pronounced today during a migraine and scared me. Please help....does anyone have any ideas??

My 1st guess would be abnormal blood sugar. You can have the symptoms you are describing with either high or low blood sugar. I would suggest that if you have insurance , go to a physician and give them the symptoms. He will draw some blood send it to a lab and find out if you are showing signs of abnormal blood sugar. If you have a family history of diabetes, it increases your odds.
Several people mention anemia. If you are eating a reasonable diet and not having bad periods with high blood loss, odds are against it. Again, they will check you blood for anemia at same time as blood sugar levels.
As for low blood pressure, that would only be an issue if you have a low blood volume due to anemia or severe dehydration. If your heart rate is staying under 90-100, odds of low blood pressure is pretty low..
Now if you do not want to go to the doctor, go get one of the blood glucose meters and check your blood glucose when you get up in the morning, and about 30 min after a meal. If the number is not between 85 and 100 when you wake up and not between 85 and 120 30 min after eating, go to the doctor for a full work up, because you have a problem.
A quick test for anemia is look at the area under you lower eye lid (just pull down on it and see the color)If it is a nice redish pink color (compare it to family and friends) then good chance you are anemic.
Now one last thing. You mention migraine. Have you been diagnosed by a doctor to have migraines, or are you just assuming it. There are many things that can look like a migraine that can be more serious.
Hope this all helps

This can be mean any number of things, but the symtoms your expressing sure sound like anemia to me. I suffer from anemia and from time to time I get dizzy and it can be a scary thing, but dont take my word for it, go see your family doctor and get blood work done. Do you eat foods with lots of iron? do you have heavy periods? this and many other factors in your health can play a role in whether or not you are anemic. Good Luck and remember, go see a doctor.

YES! Go see a doctor. It is impossible to answer a health question that is so generalized. There are too many diseases that mimick each other. The only way to know for sure is to get a physical and blood work drawn to rule out certain things. Of course you could be pregnant...

Hypoglycemia starts to cause these symptoms when glucose levels fall below 50 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL):

sweating
tremors
anxiety
hunger
dizziness
headache
cloudy vision
confusion
abnormal behavior
convulsions
loss of consciousness
What should you do if hypoglycemia occurs?
If you're suspected of hypoglycemia, you must eat carbohydrates (starches or sugars) immediately

Does it happen more often when you stand up? your symptoms sound like you might low blood pressure. If you have low blood, it means that you are not getting enough blood circulation, as a result not enough oxygen, and as a result you get headaches because your brain is not receiving enough oxygen. Check your blood pressure if that's normal then check your potassium level.

It could be from blood loss. I would see a doctor. Sometimes blood loss isn't detectable because it can be lost at a slow rate.
