i do some barbell curls on the bench with 50 12 reps 4 sets , right after each set i do 30 pushups without stoping and i feel it and am very sore in my arms and chest for about 50 minutes , will i be seeign changes , i do this everyother day

You need to work out your legs too because you don't want to have small legs with a big chest and arms. Its an all right wor out but not the best and yes any work out you do correctly you will see changes

Yea dude this sounds pretty good u will definitely see effect soon, but dont do it everyday do it every other day, work on different muscles on your body the days in between because ur muscles need about 48 hours ill say to relax and rebuild themselves, thus u will see greater effect, and faster. Keep up the good job.

a better way to workout would be to do the barbell curls on one day some pull ups the next day sprints the next day then repeat the cycle or something similar

no i dont recommend doing it every other day if u want results
