for the most part i am thin, but my arms are very big and flabby. is there any reason for this? Is there anything i can do so that they will be thin as well?

Start lifting arm weights 2 times a day for 30 mins each. In a month, you'll lose about 1 inch of flab if you lift 10 lbs of weight on each arm.

exercise will help to decrease the intramuscular fat stores but only by decreasing the body fat % will there be a decrease in subcutaneous fat stores, this is the right right underneath the skin

do dumbell exercise. it helps to reduce arms and tones it.
