I can perfectly ask that question. My Fiance is a Native of North Central Siberia. It gets so could in siberia when you cough or sneeze it freezes before it hits the ground. In the winter It gets too cold to use Automobiles that They use Siberian Husky as transportation. Im not kidding either.
