We have the easter bunny, santa claus, etc. I never see any jewish holiday mascots, do they exist?

That's because a mascot would eventually be revered (like Santa) so much so that people would be in danger of breaking the first commandment.

not really. their a historical figures connected to each holiday but no "mascot".

the only one I can think of would be Esther and Mordichai for the holiday of Purim
