Of course you are spiderman ... we all know you are looking at the map only to humor us. You can get anywhere from your perch from the top of the tallest building and don't really need a map - do you ?

yes you can get somewhere on the map as your question is a little vague as to where you are going on the map upside down or not. Also, is the map transparent?

In Vermont it is often said "You cannot get there from here", so no matter how you hold the map it will not help.
