and pills from the health store. Its actually working. Some of the stuff keep me up. I usually dont take more then 2 sometimes 3 what happens if you take a lot.

Taking too many sleeping pills can have a bad effect; even kill you. If you are suicidal call 1-800-SUICIDE immediately. Vitamins will not help schizophrenia.it can only be helped by anti-psychotic medications and psychotherapy. Anti-psychotic med's must be prescribed by a psychiatrist or physician; they can't be gotten in a health food store.

I dont know of any such condition called skitpoprema...is that the correct spelling? MAke sure to follow the instructions on sleeping pills or you will have side effects, especially if you are taking supplements. You do not know how all the pills react together so you need to be careful. IF you need help falling asleep, Try drinking a large glass of warmed milk....or better yet if you are old enough, have a few beers and pass out.... but be good to yourself and dont overindulge in ANYTHING, including vitamins and sleeping pills.

I think you should bring all your pills and vitamins in to your psychiatrist and go thru them with him/her. I hope you are still taking your regular prescriptions? The vitamins won't treat the schizophrenia, they just help other things. Some health store pills maybe could make your schizophrenia pills not work right, too, which could be really bad.
If you have a social worker, maybe he/she could help you out.
