Im 18 and 154 pounds. I workout 5 days a week, but i think im skinny, or underweight for my age?

try eating a lot of junk food, so then you will get much bigger.... in a blobbey sort of way !

Many boys don't fill out completely until they are 21. My brother didn't, neither did my dad (who is very brawny now). If you are worried that you are underweight ask your doctor. Check an online bmi website. If it says that you are unerweight it is only true to the nations average for the height. No matter what I would talk to a doctor that you trust. Whatever you do don't use steroids, a boy at my school tried them. His muscles got huge, but then several of his tendons snapped and he had to have multiple surgeries.

don't work out 5 days a week you need to give your body time to rest, plus you can hurt yourself. workout on mondays wednsedays and fridays Also get a lot of protein inside yourself like steak it really helps to build muscle. Even get some protein shakes that can really help you build some serious muscle

Work out three times per week instead of five. Do fewer reps and more sets. Ex. 4 sets of 5 reps.

Eat more. Eat even after you feel full. It stretches your stomach. Eat high calorie foods.

well u should get these thing i drinnk cuz im skinny 2 itz called breafast cuz it only 4 breafast and stop working out so much first u gotta get fat than workout here i will give u the link of how it luk like

Eat more protein and it also depends on your height but yea eat more protein like red meats or healthier protein chicken and turkey etc..
