What is Christians obsession with sin? I bet you all ways watch the news, and read tabloids. worrying over every body's sin, seeing all the bad. But at the same time, You gloss right over the good. Don't read the papers and watch the news for awhile. Just look and listen to your neighbor hood, and you will realize that most people are pretty good. Sure some slip a little but for the most part people are good. There are no more violent criminal's running around then at any other time in history.

Due to the certainty of sins is also with the certainty of the LOVE OF GOD. Do not forget that the LORD GOD is A GOD OF INFIINTE LOVE, INFIINTE MERCY, INFINITE COMPASSION AND INFINITE WISDOM. THE HOLY SPIRIT is the antidote of sins and death which come from satan. But with THE HOLY SPIRIT is forgiveness, mercy and compassion and eternal joyful life. That is the complete picture. THE LORD GOD WILL ALWAYS FORGIVE THE SINS OF MEN and do not tell your self. I have sinned and I am far away from GOD. That is not true. Atlhough how much and how big is your sins, THE LORD GOD is always near you to forgive anyone when the hearts pray for forgiveness and repentance.

I refuse to accept the fact that my children were born of sin. And any one who is a parent should realize that this is NOT true. While there are some circumstances that may be deemed "better" in society's eyes than others, sin and childbirth do NOT go hand in hand.

When we are born, we start out as savage, selfish, cruel creatures. Not angelic and innocent. We are all like this. Being selfish and sinful is natural, but society teaches us to repress those feelings. It then teaches us to lie our conciousness into believing that we actually don't think about these things. This usually means that our dreams contain these secret desires as a message from subconcious. We then think some demon or whatnot is causing these wrong thoughts.
In all actuality, sin is natural, and god is asking us to deny who we are. Just something to think about.

Dear one...Your statement begs the question..."What exactly is your definition of 'sin'?" Please do not misunderstand my question. Every beating heart knows the difference between a loving, grace-filled existence and self-filled obsession. I find myself praying for you, dear, because your posting here leads me to conclude that perhaps you may have innocently been taken in (i.e. influenced) by folks who seek to put themselves above others (in their minds, anyway!) The basic fact of life is, most folks are essentially good and there is no reason to fret about some sort of overpowering evil.
We are ALL God's creation and serve His purpose. To presume that you may stand as a personal judge of what is or is not "sin" is an abomination in itself.
Please stop and consider the implications of what you suggest. Of course, there are indisputably evil deeds that arise from time to time...no one would argue that ...But in truth, ALL flesh is subject to error (that means me and YOU), but to suggest some sort of overpowering "evil shadow" upon the world is simply wrong and amounts to nothing more then fear-mongering....not to mention insulting to the MANY good people who walk this earth beside you. So, I would simply suggest that you take a more humble approach to this world and your place within it. Blessings....

Yes I do know this, for man is sinful by nature.these acts are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, orgies, and the like. those of us who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness and self-control.Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with it's passions and desires. Since we live by the spirit, let us keep in step with the spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other. When sin tries to enter into my life on a daily basis, I ask Jesus to strike down the sinful thoughts that come down like a dark shadow and for me that seems to help.

You talk like sin is an independent entity. Is sin a noun? Something that exists beyond human action? A sin is that behavior which destroys or alienates us from one another or from God. You are acting like humans have no power.

God alone is pure and holy. He never made nor intended for man to lead a life away from His side. Thats where Adam blew it. Man cannot manage himself capably. He is NOTHING without God to guide him.
