Well this is Arabic (Egyptian dialect). The number five (5) symbolises a letter which is " Ø®" in Arabic language.

The word "Sh5seto" means: PERSONALITY

"Gmda" means: ICY

"Awii" means: VERY

"W" means: AND

"Lazzez" means: DELICIOUS
