In which language?

Here's three of the major European ones:

Spanish -
happy birthday - feliz cumpleaños!
long live (????) - deseo que tengas una larga y fructífera vida. (I wish that you have a long and fruitful life.
and I want you to be healthy - y quiero que seas sano/a (depending on masculine [o] or feminine [a] subject.)
I love you - te amo/te quiero.

French
Happy birthday to you - Bonne anniversaire
I want you to live a long and healthy life - je veux que tu vives longtemps et en bonne santée.
I love you - Je t'aime.

German
Happy birthday to you - Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag!
I hope that you have a long and healthy life - "ich hoffe, dass du ein langes und gesundes Leben habest (this is not a spelling mistake for hast: the subjunctive is required.)
I love you - Ich liebe dich.

^ you shouldn't try putting Latin into a machine translator, it turns out crazy. your suggestion is 3/4 English and 1/4 incorrect Latin...
