You're asking if copies of the famous paintings on the Sistine Chapel ceiling by the old great master Michelangelo are realistic looking?

Compared to what, Picasso or Andy Warhol?

They are as realistic as any art could have been that was created over a thousand years ago. And they were painted to be viewed by looking up from the floor of the chapel. When doing so they will appear perfectly proportioned.

These are pictures from the Sistine Chapel in Rome. Michelangelo painted these figures while lying on his back. The proportions seems distorted because they are on the ceiling and he had to compensate for the angle they would be viewed at. The figures were drawn on paper then holes were punched along the lines and he paper was attached to the wall. A pounce bag was then used to transfer the image to the ceiling. These are priceless works of art

They are excellent, and relatively realistic... however, the proportions are a little off.
