You can have the grooves in your teeth "sealed" so that they won't get cavities. A dentist can do this pretty quickly, after a regular check-up and cleaning. Not covered by most insurances, but is discounted by AmeriPlan dental. You can check their website for providers and discount levels/pricing at www.greathealthplans.info. AmeriPlan is month-to-month program, so no long term commitment.

Check with your dentist, to see if there is anything else you can do.
