When you eat healthy calories your body recognizes them. When you eat high fructose corn syrup your brain does not recognize the calories as food. As a result of this your body wants to keep eating. So, foods with high fructose corn syrup dont satisfy your body, and you end up eating more. But eating a little is fine. It's in a lot of foods. Its hard to avoid it all together.
