Yes. And I also lifted the spirit of a friend of mine who is over 75 years. I visited her today and it was a lovely 4+ hours in a beautiful summer day. : )

I don't know what answer to give but I love Jesus too.
My dear sweet friend of nearly 80 yrs old encouraged me yesterday morning. I went to her house and she treated me like a queen. Thank God for the body of Christ!

Yes my mentor lifted my spirits today.
By just being her usual self that I love and standing beside me, defending me in a situation that I couldn't defend myself in.
I can't find the song but this is part of it.

I teach 3rd grade. My students lift me up every day. Children are very cool. They do not judge others. They forgive easily. They love unconditionally. They are honest. When they get angry, they get over it in a minute's time. They don't hold grudges.
We can learn a lot from children.

Jesus lifts my spirit everyday. I would say the song i would send to a friend is Love lifted me. Jesus loved me so much, He died for me and rose again. His Love lifted lift me up, the day He saved my soul.
