How do I remove old Derogatory items on my credit?

There are only 3 item on my credit that I can not get rid of, I've disputed it several time but did not work . I need to find another way to get rid of them. Please Help!

Not enough information here.....what exactly are these derogatories. Are they judgements, collection.....what?

If you dispute the items, your best bet it so dispute it by mail and provide proof that the items should be removed.
Have you already paid the items or what?
After 7 years the items will be removed but if they have been paid request receipts and sent the receipt to the credit agency.
If they have not been paid contact the original creditor or the creditor's collection company and arrange to make the payment. Usually the collection company will offer you a 'settlement' less the the collection amount.

If you have disputed the items and they have not been removed it means that the company has submitted debt legitimacy to the credit bureaus.

You will need to pay the items or wait for the 7 years for it to come off your report...

There is a yahoo group that addresses credit repair problems - it is an excellent place to go to get help. I am not sure of the entire website or group site but I think you can subscribe with the link below, or do a search in yahoo groups for credit repair groups. They helped me and some friends! Adverse things like collections, chargeoffs and lates fall off after 7 years from the DOFD (Date Of First Delinquency), not DOLA.

It's going to depend. I speak from experience having gotten old adverse things deleted, through various means.

How old are they? Negatives fall off your credit report in 7 years from the date of last activity (DOLA).

You could alsways contact the creditor and make settlement arrangements.
