Lunch:
2 chicken tenders
2 french fries
1/2 small piece of fried fish
Dinner:
1/3 of an oven pizza [so about 400 calories]
1 small piece of fried fish
1 medium green apple
Snacks:
1.5 thin pieces of cinnamon & apple pie
a few local sour cream & onion chips
1 SMMALL plum
