This is Bayer I just adopted him. He is about 50lbs and very skinny and 26in tall. Does anyone know what kind of dog he is?

OMG !! Bayer looks like my girl, Brandy... It's weird... The vet told us that she thought Brandy is a Chesapeake Bay retriever, Rhodesian Ridgeback mix?!?! However, i dont know if you read Dog Fancy or not, but in the September 2007 issue {already out in stores} on pages 6 and 20 are pics of our dogs !! Check it out. Below is a link to my Brandys pics, she is a little lighter in color, but the ears, eyes and the body build. wow. P.S. Brandy isn't so thin now she weighs 87 pounds.

Hard to tell. Maybe some lab, rhodesian ridgeback, weimeramer ... who knows? Doesn't really matter a whole lot as he is clearly a mix of prb a number of breeds. He is a handsome fella and got a good home now. Kudos for adopting and saving a life.

Im gonna go out on a limb here but I see wrinkles around the mouth and down the throat and a slight thickness like velour in the coat, Im gonna say maybe a little sharpei and lab X. whats his tail like?I know someone w/ that mix and although she was wrinkley as a puppy she grew up to look like your guy! Very handsome, Good for you!!!

Bostons are purely black and white that dogs is a French bulldog. they are very high priced (a minimum of for a properly breed one) in case you intend on getting one! in addition they arrive in different colorations, I even have seen many tan ones and a few white ones.

Sorry , I can't tell what breed he is - but kudos to you for adopting an animal that need s a home and not buying one that was prouced by a puppy mill to make a profit.

The first picture of his head reminded me of a Rhodesian Ridgeback. They are very large dogs. Its very hard to say though what exact kind of dog he is. He is very cute, but he looks like a mix to me.

he looks like some type of pit bull or ridgeback mix. It does not matter much though...as long as the dog is a good fit in your home :)

this reminds me of my dog ryanie (ryan) she looks just like this and i think oyur dog is a mix between a pitbull and yellow lab i kno this cause of the face structure (broad jaw line and ears)
by the way i like the name Bayer and he is very handsome

let's see.. he could be a mixture of any number of dogs.. he looks a little pitbull, and on the other hand, someone may have stuck some lab in there, as well.....
