You must understand this is a very complex issue, unless you have the computers, and the Software.
Many use special affects Software or a combination of
Adobe's Photoshop CS and Studio Pro, Bryce, there can be as many as 4 or 5 programs used all in conjunction with one another.
Many mackrounds and graphics are added in several Layers.
