Any change in the breast can be cancer. It isn't just a lump, but could be a dimple, and change in texture, a change in the nipple, and thickening, a discharge. ANY change. Go to the doctor immediately if you see any difference AT ALL.

I don't know that i had a symptom.... I felt great... was in the shower and felt a lump in my breast.... I was totally freaked out.... I kept thinking where in the heck did that come from.... So I made an appt and after several test and a biopsy it was determined that I had stage 2 ductal breast cancer.... and that it appears to have been there for at least 6 years..... the Dr. told me that i would probably wouldn't have had any noticeable symptoms for 2-3 years..... i assume that would be in the final stages....
