The outlets are still expensive, you're not going to find it for $20, but it will be cheaper than Bloomies or Saks. You need to know what the original retail price is of what you're shopping for to determine whether or not it's a good deal. Some stuff is an absolute STEAL, some of it is not. End of the season sales can be absolutely amazing!

You also need to know that SOME of the outlets sell seconds (you know, the stuff where the color isn't quite right, etc.) but they'll pretty much tell you off the top. A lot of them are last season's leftovers, and some of them are current - what you'd see in the stores this week. You also have to go with an open mind. You can't say to yourself "I have to have a Louis Vuitton tote bag in the classic colors and NOTHING else will do." Then you're just setting yourself up for disappointment.

If for no other reason just to shop and maybe find THE bargain, you should go.

They're still pretty expensive. I wanted to get a Gucci small messenger bag(it's like a small Coach one) and it still costs $500. I don't really like high-end stuff...I feel like a show-off when I'm wearing something that's Coach or Gucci.

To be honest Woodbury Commons is really not a bargain. You can get better deals in stores, even for the everyday stores such as J.Crew or Banana Republic.

Outlets aren't cheaper, really. You may find some apparel that is a design from last year, and that may be cheaper, but thats about it.
