I dont believe in god, im going to start off by saying that, I believe in the theory of evolution considering there is alot more backing evolution, than the magic man in the sky theory. Everything that people consider proof of god, is all hearsay the only thing backing it is a supposed holy book, that quite frankly could have been written by me for all you know (it wasnt ofcourse because im not delusional). I want you to really think about this, suppose you find out tomorrow that your time has come and soon you will be laying in a wooden box rotting away. What if there was some way to know just b4 you died that there is no heaven, that once you die, there is no soul within you, that you are simply erased out of existance.... how would you feel? Would you be proud that you spent your entire life following rules and regulations that simply did not matter? I think you only get one little piece of time, do you really want to spend it playing a grown up version of makebelieve?

No, I don't want to spend my life playing make believe. There are a few more things that you might want to look into before saying that the only thing backing God is a holy book. Frankly, people don't look into the proofs for God's existence simply because they do not want him to be there. In addition, since the increase in things like "Intelligent Design," scientists have become even more leery of having conclusions that could in any way not support their tendentious evolutionary beliefs. Read some books by Walt Brown and MIchael Behe to maybe get an explanation of what supports the other side.

If there is no heaven I'll still be satisfied because I tried all my life to do my best to be a good person and not to harm other people but to help them(the first and maybe the only rule believers and non believers should have), than that would be morally good and I would be glad I lived that way, mo matter if there's no life after life as a reward...

That doesn't bother me at all. I do not feel as if Christianity has kept me from living my life to the fullest. There are so many good things that have happened in my life...love, forgiveness, selflessness, spiritual joy etc. all because of Christ...I wouldn't trade it for anything.

If it turned out that all of it is untrue...I regret nothing.

On the other hand...what if, just before you die, you find out there is a God, eternal life, heaven and hell...will you also be happy with the way you've lived your life?

I would rather live my life believing there is a God and die to find out there isn't,
than live my life believing there is no God only to die and find out there is.
Ps, science has never proven the theory of evolution, hence it still remains a theory.

Remember the guy who thought the earth was round, wasn't he stoned as a heretic? He had figured something out that the rest of the people couldn't see ... yet. Following God is not blind, you are the one that is blind. I can see God, I can hear His voice and I know without a doubt that He is all over in my life, blessing me, teaching me, disciplining me. When I follow His leading, 100% of the time it turns out good. When I go against it, or sin, it turns out bad. That is my proof, that is why I know that I know that I know that God is real and active.

But to answer the rest, no I would not regret how I have lived. I see the logic and wisdom in the Laws of God and I believe that we would have no problems if we all lived the way Jesus taught. Love your neighbor as yourself. Treat others the way you want to be treated. I see that what God says not to do i harmful to us and/or others. I see that what He says to do betters society and helps us to be happier. I'm happiest when I'm following The Way.

most Christians have their eyes wide open, thank you. we have counted the cost of following Christ and have accepted the consequences.

evolution has nothing to do with faith...
