A girl who is herself--acts herself and is true to herself.
Hari length--doesn't matter. Both short and long can look sexy. The style and how it matches with her overall look and the shape of her face makes a big difference.
Body type: personally, I do not like extremes, i.e., I don't like girls too fat or too skinny. Somewhere inbetween with maybe a few extra pounds is good for me. It is about proportions.
Attractiveness: a cute face is the most important thing for me, but a hot body with an ok face is alright too. Breast size and butt size don't matter much (unless the breasts are so small you can't even notice them.)
Attitude is the most important of all of them. A smoking hot girl with a "bitty" attitude is a huge turn off. Be independent, but at least pretend like you need and rely on the guy for protection. laugh at your jokes, makes us feel important--we are shallow and easy to please. Do not criticize, do not act jealous, do NOT be moody. Be laid back, easy going, easy to please, kind, considerate and caring.

Guys look at boobs, butts and legs. Attractiveness is important. I personally look at ankles and hands. I like great ankles and larger hands. A nice face helps as well. General overall appearance should be pleasant to look at. Intellect probably scares men off. I hope this helps.
