Clearasil Ultra. One of the cheapest and strongest acne medicines that is sold over the counter.
Also, do not squeeze or pick the acne, and do not aggravate it worse by extreme scrubbing or hot water. Warm water, soft cleaning, and then applying the Clearasil Ultra. A very heavy coat of it overnight works best.

I use lots of things! Lol.
I first wash my face every night with Neutrogena 60 second mask scrub. It feels so good on your face and it tingles so it feels like it is working. You can get this at Target or Walmart.
In the morning and through out the day I use a shea butter bar which makes my face nice and soft...sorry I don't know the brand for that =[
Then I use a mask every Thursday that I make myself! I make it with honey and dry oatmeal! That is it and it gives your face a beautiful glow to it!!
Then I have a Monday mask is a St. Ives product called peel off hydroxy masque...it is basically to help you with all your black heads!
Good luck on getting beautiful skin =]

I think that different things work for different people as nobodys skin is the exact same. So, what works for one person with acne, may not work for another person with acne. When my acne was at its worst a few years ago now, i was using a LOT of 'acne' products which saidmy acne will clear up when i started using them. I was very naive and believed that it would actually do what it said on the label and in the television commercials. I tried all product brands, including, clean and clear, clearisil, witch, oxy, simple, there are too many to mention. Anyway, when i used them,,(most of them were facewashes), my acne would flare up realy bad and my skin actually looked red and was so sore to touch it would reduce me to tears. M skin reacted verybadly towards all the chemicals i was putting on my already sensitive skin. When i realised that it was all the products and chemicals were the cause of my acne i began to stick with one facewash which didnt flare up my acne. This was neutrogena(orange and white packaging). I washed my face with that at night, and just water in the morning, keeping as many product and chemicals away from my skin as possible. I also went to my doctor who gave me some tablets to take for acne. Thefirst ones she gave me didnt work, then she moved me up to a stronger set, which i am still on now, and they, as well as my new routine made my acne clear up. The tbalets she gave me were Minocycoline. My acne still asnt completely gone however, i still get normal spots, like at that time of the month, but is nothing compared to what it used to be. Another thing which really helped, which i cannot reccomend enough is to start drinking 2 litres of water a day. It sounds so simple ,but it is absolutley amazing! It makes you feel so much better and you skin will start to look better within a few days of drinking it,as it keeps your skin hydrated and removes the toxins from your body, which if no water wad drank, would leave the body through the skin (spots).
My advice is to NOT believe what the product says-they will say it will clear up acne in a day of using it as they want to sell it. Dont waste your money at all.
Drink two litres of water a day
If you feel your acne is severe enough, go to see your doctor who will perscribe you medication
Dont t touch our face as you are spreading infection from the spot and transferring oil and dirt on to your face which will take the form of a pimple.
Hope i helped!

Acne solutions work differently on other people. The best solution is to go to your dermatologist where he/she can recommend a medicine for you. I heard birth control clears the skin as well.
