your not the only one suffering.
You may have lost your father, but she also lost her husband! She deserves to move on from that, she can't spend the rest of her life mouring, or she'd never get out of a depression. There are so many more people who suffer worse than that, there are kids whose parents hit them, and have abandoned them. your mom loves you, shes just trying to love someone else too. and i dont think its fair for you to try to stop that. you may feel shes not being fair to your dad but shes the one who was married to him, if she can move on, you cant stop her.

Your mom has suffered just as much or more than you have. Think about about how long your mom and dad were together and now he is gone. It is time for her to get on with her life and I know your dad would feel the same way. She cannot spend the rest of her life alone just like you can't spend the rest of yours fighting over this. Your 14 so it is time you took on some responsibility for your own actions. You need to do chores so later in life you will be prepared for your own home. Don't think about leaving home because your mom has already lost one love, don't let her lose another one.

Sounds like you need to grow up, and quit acting like a baby. Your mom has been through alot losing her husband, you should be happy that she wants to have a BF. Maybe if you would talk to her and tell her how you have been feeling since your father died, that she might be able to help you, or get you the help you need by a professional, sometimes talking to someone else helps alot. Give your mom a break, and try helping her out, dont wait till she has to yell at you . Good Luck!!!!

It is time for you to grow up! Your mother needs a life of her own. So you have to do chores. Big deal!! I bet your mom works to keep you housed and fed and clothed. Does it hurt you to help out a little? You are sad! Don't you think your mom has been sad and lonely all these years? You can't bring him back......move on with your life and let your mom move on too. Quit being so selfish!

Your mother could be suffering from depression. Talk to your school counselor, church minister or some other adult you trust.
