Its all up to you I know of many people who have 7 or more children and they want more. I honestly think if you can financially support them without goverment help then go for as much as you can handle. I am trying on my 2nd and am only 22 I want either 3 to 5 it all depends on how many I can support. Good luck and follow your heart

I'm a woman that got my tubes tied right after my 3rd child the only reason i did this was because my ex husband pretty much forced me into it now i'm divorced from that man and i want more kids so my advice for you is to go with your heart if you dont want any more kids then get your tubes tied if you think that in the future you want to have more go back on birth control this time i would try a different method though
Good Luck

That is a personal decision. Society today makes women of any age feel like trash if they have more than two kids. It is ridiculous, plus society picks on the age women are when they have kids. Trust me, I know some really good twenty year old mothers and some really bad forty year old mothers, it depends on the person. If you have the money to be able to take care of three kids and if you have the time to devote to them together as well as individually then go for it. Good Luck.
On a side note: Isn't it odd that 50 years ago most women had between 4-8 kids and started young and now that in itself is taboo.

It's an individual thing... it seems like a lot of people tend to want the same sort of household they grew up in (or else something drastically different). I was an only child, and decided to have only one. Seems like people who were in a family of 3 often have their sights set on having 3 themselves.
I don't think people should have more than they can support, but you seem to know this and you're doing something about it. And you know... things work out. You'll have hand-me-downs. You'll have toys and a crib and such left over from the others. You'll have lots of good family times. It'll be fine.

Many people decide they have enough kids when the thought of having another pregnancy feels worse than the thought of never having any more children. Many women have this dilemma when they are thinking about tubal ligation. You just have to remember that before you do anything permanent that it is meant to be permanent and even though some procedures may be reversible they are not designed to be. In your heart you will know when you are done.

at 22 a third child maybe wasn't the best idea, but as long as you can financially support them and you and your husband are in agreement as to having more than it is fine. But I would suggest not having anymore for the time being and focus on the three that you already have. Good Luck!

I think tht if you are preg now there is no decision to be made except to love nurture and care for your beautiful child. You sound like you have so much love to give. If you don't want any more after this one consider getting your tubes tied or speaking to your husband about him getting an operation. You sound like a very loving person to take in someone else's child please don't give up yours. believe me when it comes to children provisions can always be made so that they can have what they need in life and the most important thing is love. be blessed.

You can have as many kids as you can support and take care of! If you feel you have too much kids, take some time off from baby making! You never know if you want more in the future, you're still young.

well if you think its too many for you then do something about it, how about some birth control? 22 is pretty young for 3 children but who am i to judge you? If you do not want any more for a while or any more at all use some protection next time you have sex.

Depends on your situation. Are you with the father of your children who will be there to help you? Children need a stable home and you need to be able to provide for them. If you cannot provide for them emotionally and financially then you need to learn what birth control is. Children are gifts and do not ask to be put into this world so why bring them into a tough situation if this is the case with you.
