Without any needles or injections. Using only typical household objects/materials? The purpose of this is to be able to painlessly remove pieces of skin. (kind of hard to explain)

You could rub an ice cube on it or rub an item on it really fast to numb it (an old numbing solution to pierce ears is to rub beans on both sides really fast.) One way to pass out and let someone else do it for you is to breathe the gas of the a can of Reddy Whip.

Good Luck :P

Oh definitely an Ice Cube - hold it on the part of your body you want to numb for as long as you can...that will numb it enough to remove what I assume to be skin tags.

However - if you ARE referring to skin tags, they actually have blood vessels, so I wouldn't go snipping away. Either wait for them to disappear by themselves, which most do - or have them professionally removed.

Don't be inhaling whipping cream gas. Jeez! A small area can be numbed with OraJel or Xylocaine. Go into a pharmacy. Ice is cheaper though.

Ice.

If it's your nose, you can numb it if you drink a lot. Sam Adams would be the bold move in that case.
