Go to the doctor and get the cavity filled before it becomes a root canal! Those hurt and are expensive too!

Yes, use Crest WhiteStrips Premium Plus. They work. However, you need that hole in your tooth fixed first!

You need to go to the dentist and have him remove the decay and put a filling back in it. You don't want to wait because if you leave it untreated the decay will get worse and you will end up needing a root canal. You could also have the dentist make you some bleaching trays so you can get your teeth whiter. Before you bleach your teeth you should use some toothpaste for sensitive teeth and continue to use it while you are bleaching your teeth because the solution will make your teeth sensitive to cold but it will go away once you are done.

FYI, CAVITIES BEGIN AS AN OFF-WHITE SPOT, THEN SLOWLY BECOME BROWN, THEN BLACK.
SEE A DENTIST TO CARE FOR THIS.
