1. Do not brush, less manipulation of hair.
2. Take biotin with a B Vitamin
3. You can wear a phoney ponytail and cover your hair with a
plastic cap to help prevent split ends.
4. Try GNC Ultranourisher for hair, nail and skin.
5. Try wearing protective styles, styles that do not require heat
or flat ironing.
6. Stretch your relaxers longer 12 to 16 weeks, by wearing
protective styles such as bantus, two strands twists, phony
pony, bun, sock bun, braids.
7. If you learn to stretch you can wash your hair more often.
Alternate by only conditioning.
8. Avoid products with lanolin, mineral, pertroleum, they coat
the hair.
9. Products that are good to use BB Moisturizer, S Curl,
Carefree Gold Bond, Surge Plus 14.
Oil your hair after moisturizing with olive, tea tree, jojoba,
almond, castor, gylcerine. You can make your mixture
add water.
10. Use sulphur 8 and monistate (yes, you can find it in Neosprin AF, or women's cream. mix together and use on your hairline.

Treat your hair like fine linen. With time it will grow.

hair only grows around 1/2 " a month the only way I have found to help it grow faster is taking really good care of it. Try taking vitimens, dont cut it, use conditioner especially on the ends to prevent split ends. do scalp massages

Drinking milk helps hair grow and also eating healthy. If you eat to much junk your hair gets brittle and greasy. Also swimming helps to grow your hair and nails because of the chlorine in the water speeds up the growth rate of the follicles.

dont listen to the tight ponytail thing that makes your hair grow slower because it breaks off when your hair gets pulled. i wasnt going to answer the question until i saw what that girl wrote because thatis really wrong. right now i take a multi viatamin and a prenatal vitamin a day. it works for me... also someone has been telling to have my head upside down for a few minutes a day because it increases circulation... i havent tried it but im going to start trying tonight maybe.
