i am interested in going to a meeting but am worried it might be a cult in disguise - anyone familiar with this org?

It's one of the "New Thought" churches like Unity, Divine Science, and others. I can tell you that it has absolutely nothing to do with Scientology, which it predates. It's a completely different thing altogether.

If they are a group, and they believe in invisible beings in the sky, and they gather together to worship said invisible beings, it's a cult.

yes are u talking about church of sciencetology
if you are ive heard alot of creepy stuff about that
church yes appartenly it is colt like.
and they also believe that we are all aliens
thats what ive heard but you should go with an open mine but make your own descisions and not let anyone make your mind up about that church besides you.

You don't want to go there! They're crazy - they believe everything is an illusion, that you are in control of your own destiny - they call themselves Christians but they're more like dreamy atheistic-god-believing "scientists".
